Application:

• Apply to both wrists.
• Apply to the temples and neck to relieve tension, massaging the oil into the skin with the fingertips (clockwise).
• Apply the product to the upper part of the shoulders and gently massage.
• Incorporate the oil into a foot bath or massage the oil gently onto the soles of the feet using circular motions before going to bed.
