The vegan chewable tablets have a natural blueberry flavour which lends it a pleasant taste. The formulation is free from artificial flavours.
Recommended dosage:
The manufacturer recommends taking 2 chewable tablets 30 minutes before bedtime.
Note:
Synthetic melatonin is not recommended for those who are taking anticoagulants.
